The Influence of Strategic Alliances and Network Capability on Firm Performance at Wings Air, Lion Air Group

Industri penerbangan dicirikan oleh persaingan yang intensif, saling ketergantungan jaringan, dan kompleksitas operasional yang tinggi, sehingga kolaborasi antar organisasi dan manajemen hubungan menjadi kemampuan strategis yang penting. Studi ini meneliti pengaruh aliansi strategis dan kemampuan jaringan terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Wings Air, sebuah maskapai penerbangan regional dalam Grup Lion Air. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain penjelasan kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari karyawan Wings Air yang terlibat dalam aktivitas operasional, manajerial, jaringan, atau kerja sama bisnis. Responden dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan masa kerja minimal satu tahun dan pengetahuan langsung tentang praktik aliansi dan jaringan, dengan sampel yang direncanakan sekitar 100-200 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Likert lima poin dan dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif, pengujian instrumen, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda. Aliansi strategis diwakili oleh pemilihan mitra, kepercayaan antar mitra, berbagi sumber daya, koordinasi, dan transfer pengetahuan; kemampuan jaringan mencakup pembangunan hubungan, koordinasi jaringan, komunikasi mitra, pemahaman mitra, dan manajemen hubungan jangka panjang. Model teoretis ini memperkirakan bahwa aliansi strategis dan kemampuan jaringan akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap dimensi keuangan, operasional, layanan, pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini menyediakan kerangka kerja empiris untuk mengevaluasi strategi kolaboratif dalam konteks maskapai penerbangan regional.
